I have been fortunate to use the team at Niche on 2 separate projects. The first being a renovation and extension to an existing terrace in Mascot and a completely new build in South Coogee. The terrace was a small block but with the design and initiative the team was able to maximise the develop a fantastic home for my family. In relation to South Coogee this was a complete knock down and rebuild and overall cannot be happier with what was designed. With niche it’s the whole process and assistance with design, DA and CC delivery and constant consultation.
